The Area Head of the Church of Pentecost, Dansoman, Prophet Ebenezer Kofi Appiah has cautioned Christians all over the world to worship God in honesty and truth.
According to Prophet Ebenezer, despite the religious and political differences, mutual respect has contributed greatly to peaceful coexistence among Ghanaians.
Delivering his sermons from the books of Hebrews 18: 24 and Psalm 66: 12, he said God has brought us to a place of abundance.
He added that “when you live your life with Christ your life becomes better.”
The man of God stated, “What I want Christians all over the world to know is, God is still sitting on his throne, God is still there as Creator of the universe and the King of kings, therefore let’s continue to praise and worship him, it doesn’t matter the current situation in the county. God is still sitting on his throne and he will guide and protect his own, so let’s worship him in truth and honesty”.
Prophet Ebenezer Kofi Appiah was speaking at the Church of Pentecost, Dansoman Area -Mamprobi District Bethel Assembly, Sempe to usher in the New Year.
He acknowledged the need for parliamentarians to resort to deliberations in settling differences.
“We see parliament always in chaos whenever they agreed on something. This fight here and there is good for the development of the country; Parliament is an office for the honourable and they are the lawmakers and they are in Parliament to make laws and not to complicate the business of the house with partisanship. All I wish and pray for is understanding and unity among the lawmakers to continue with their duty”, he said.
During the church service, Prophet Ebenezer Kofi Appiah, ordinate Mrs Miriam Tagoe and Many3 Naa Mootso Osamanye as deaconess in the church.
The Elder of the Church of Pentecost Dansoman Area -Mamprobi District Bethel Assembly, Sempe, Daniel Nii Tagoe encouraged the citizenry to change the attitude towards work.
“We can not always depend on the government as humans and as citizens of this country we have roles to play to contribute to the progress and the development of this country; that is we must change our attitude towards work and be law-abiding citizens”, he stated.
